The "Fat Boy" smokes all of our southern style smoke house specialties on the premises in his "southern pride" smoker. He uses a blend of apple, hickory, and cherry woods to create a superb sweet & mild smokey flavor.

All of our smoke house specialties are available for take out and cater-out. Items may be ordered ala carte or by packages. Call tommy for details.

Charlie weaver's offers off-premises buffet or picnic style catering. You can have the high quality of food you've come to depend upon at your next event.

Weddings, Graduations, baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Office parties, Communions, Confirmations, Bridal Showers, Outdoor Picnics, Family Reunions.

A hostess/server service is available for your event, for an additional charge.

Catering Service Includes:
Bread & Butter, Entrées, Potato, Vegetable, Salad, Disposable plates, Napkins, Plastic Ware and Food Warmers

A full line of appetizers and desserts are available. Ask for availability when placing your order.

Prices per Person (plus tax)
Choice of: 2 entrées, 1 vegetable and 2 potatoes/salads-$10.50
3 entrées, 2 vegetables, and 2 potatoes/salads-$12.50

Portion Suggestions

1 pound of meat serves approx. 4 people.

1/2 chicken, 1 lb. prime rib, 1 lb. sirloin steak serves one person.

1 quart of a side & extras will serve 4 to 5 people.

Sandwich rolls are available for an additional $.22 each

In addition to appetizers and desserts, Charlie weaver's offers cold cut trays, cheese and cracker trays, fruit and dip trays, and beverages.

Our dinner menu items are also available for off-premises catering.
